Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to tripzhelp.com! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and booking services. By accessing or booking through our site, you agree to comply with these terms. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

1. Introduction

OThese terms apply to all users of tripzhelp.com. Using our website or services, including booking flights, signifies your acceptance of these rules. If you disagree, please refrain from using our site.

2. Prohibited Uses

Our platform is designed to provide reliable air travel bookings. The following activities are not allowed:

  • Engaging in illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • Attempting to harm or disrupt others through the site.
  • Using the site for commercial purposes beyond personal travel.
  • Sending spam, unauthorized ads, or promotional content.
  • Violating any of these terms.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed on our website may change without notice until your booking is confirmed and tickets are issued. Once confirmed, your fare is secured. We’ll notify you of any price increases before finalizing your reservation.

Most bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Cancellations, if permitted, incur fees. For U.S. bookings, non-refundable tickets can be canceled by midnight on the booking day, subject to our fees. Basic Economy and promotional tickets are non-cancelable and non- refundable.

Changes, if allowed, cost a service fee, plus any airline fees. Name changes require canceling (if permitted) and rebooking at current rates, which may include penalties. Tickets must be used in the sequence of flight segments, or they may be voided. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

4. Payment and Flight Confirmation

Some banks may charge foreign transaction fees for international bookings, which may appear on your statement. If booking from outside the U.S. with a U.S. card, your bank may convert the amount and add a fee—contact them for details. Bookings may involve international suppliers, counting as overseas transactions.

After booking, you’ll receive a “Booking Notification” email with a confirmation number. Fares may change until tickets are issued, after which you’ll receive an e-ticket. We recommend confirming flights with the airline 24 hours before domestic travel or 72 hours for international travel.

5. Cancellations or Changes by Airlines

Airlines may adjust schedules or, in rare cases, cancel flights for operational reasons. While we’re not responsible, we’ll assist where possible. If a flight is canceled, options depend on the airline’s policies, which may include:

  • Rebooking on the same airline at no extra cost.
  • Rerouting on another carrier at no cost.
  • A credit or voucher for future travel.
  • We’ll inform you if tickets need reissuing due to schedule changes, but we aren’t liable for changes during travel.

Booking Policy

Prices include all government taxes. If fares increase due to errors (e.g., server or payment issues), we may cancel the booking and charge cancellation fees. You’ll need to pay any fare difference after we contact you. Full payment is required before confirmation. Infant tickets require the child to be under 2 with valid age proof. Children 24 months or older need a separate child booking. An adult (18+) must accompany infants at check-in. All bookings follow airline or supplier terms.

7. Booking Confirmation

Upon completing your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking number, establishing your agreement with us and the supplier. Verify all details, as supplier errors can occur. Special requests (e.g., meals, accessibility) are forwarded to suppliers but not guaranteed.

8. Booking Amendments

Changes, if permitted, follow airline policies and may incur fees based on flight and booking class. Requests must be made at least 72 hours before departure—contact our support for specific details, as airline rules vary.

9. Cancellations and Exchanges

Most tickets are non-refundable. If cancellation is allowed, you may receive a credit for future travel with the same airline, subject to their expiration rules. Contact our support before departure to review restrictions. Refunds, if permitted, require:

  • A cancellation request where fare rules allow refunds.
  • Not being a “no-show” (most no-shows are ineligible).
  • A supplier waiver for processing.

Refunds take 60-90 days and may include supplier penalties and our post-ticketing service fee. If denied, we’ll refund our service fee but not the booking fee. Fees are per passenger, per ticket.

10. Payment Policy

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments may be split into base fare and taxes, but will match the quoted total. Tickets are guaranteed once payment clears. If payment fails, we’ll notify you within 24 hours. Declined cards prevent booking processing.

11. Visa and Entry Requirements

You’re responsible for verifying visa and entry requirements for your destination or transit countries. Check with official sources like consulates. We’re not liable if you’re denied entry due to missing documents. Any information provided by our staff must be verified with official authorities, and we assume no responsibility for its accuracy.

12. Credit Card Declines

If your card is declined, we’ll attempt to notify you within 72 hours. Declined payments halt bookings, and we can’t guarantee fares. If fares change, we’ll offer alternatives or allow cancellation.

13. Site Usage and Booking

Users must be 18+ to book or use our services. If booking for others, ensure they understand these terms. You’re accountable for bookings made under your direction. Uploaded content must comply with laws and our rules.

14. General

  • Severability: If any term is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
  • Headings: Used for reference only.
  • Non-Waiver: Not enforcing a term doesn’t waive our rights.
  • Website: Includes emails or content sent from our site.

15. Governing Law

Disputes related to these terms or site use will be handled in a jurisdiction and venue chosen at tripzhelp’s discretion.
